The staff were knowledgeable and the pool area was very clean. Great beds, iron and ironing board, and nice wooden floor were a nice touch. Located walking distance to restaurants and bars. The restaurant onsite was pretty good with simple dishes. The service was outstanding too.

Decor was convenient, value for money. I enjoyed top location of the hotel and charming staff. The bed was extremely comfy and the bedroom was excellent. The breakfast was incredible and offered lots of appetising food. Amazing service overall. Venue was walk from bars and restaurants.

This Campanile Krakow is not comparable. Found Polskie Jadlo, set minutes from the hotel, ate there a few times.

There was no milk.

We visited one of our favourite spots old town that was not far from the hotel. Podgorze Duchackie district deserves your attention. In love with campanile krakow.
